Ingredients required- 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida), 1 tsp dry yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 8 diced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp cornmeal, 1 cup lukewarm water, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oregano.


  • Mix yeast, sugar and 1/2 cup water. Mix and set it aside.
  • Take a bowl, add maida, salt, garlic, oregano, olive oil and butter. Add yeast water and knead. Add more water in batches as per the requirement.
  • Knead a dough, cover it with a damp towel and refrigerator for 12 hours. Make a smooth ball, dust with cornmeal and roll out into a circular disc.
  • Choose any of the below given options for the filling.
